How to Apply Testim
Use Testim at the same time every day -- for example, after your morning shower. Be sure your skin is clean and dry before using it.
Gently pierce the seal of the tube with the cap. Squeeze the entire contents into your hand. Used tubes should be discarded where they will be out of the reach of children, to avoid accidental exposure.
Apply gel only to the areas of your shoulders and upper arms that will be covered by a short sleeve T-shirt. Apply half a tube to each arm/shoulder. You should rub the gel into your skin until the gel is dry. This helps ensure that Testim will enter your system, so you'll get the benefits it's designed to provide. Make sure the gel has dried before putting on your shirt.
After applying Testim, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Wear clothing over the application sites after the gel has dried, because the testosterone in Testim must not come in contact with women and children. If direct skin-to-skin contact is anticipated, the application sites must be thoroughly washed with soap and water.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- Do not apply Testim to your genitals
- Avoid contact with skin with open sores, wounds, or irritations
- Store Testim at room temperature
- Keep Testim in a safe and convenient place where you will see it every day
- You can go swimming or take a shower 2 hours after applying Testim.
